Closabl provides AI operations assessments and related consulting for real estate professionals: a free introductory "teardown" call, paid assessments, ongoing advisory engagements, and custom automation builds. Scope, pricing, and deliverables for paid work are stated at the time of purchase.
Assessment findings and dollar projections are estimates based on the figures you share and reasonable assumptions. They are not guarantees of results. Real-world outcomes depend on execution, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, or investment advice.
Paid assessments are due at booking and delivered within the stated turnaround. If we fail to deliver your assessment, you receive a full refund. Advisory engagements are month-to-month and may be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Program: Closabl Teardown Updates sends appointment confirmations, reminders,
and assessment follow-ups to users who opt in on our booking form.
Opt-in: You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box
when booking. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase.
Frequency: Message frequency varies; typically a few messages around your
scheduled calls.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP,
we will confirm your opt-out and send no further messages.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to provide accurate information and to use our deliverables for your own business. Reports are licensed to you; please don't resell or republish them as your own.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closabl's total liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
