When you book an assessment or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, city and state, brokerage, and — only if you choose to share it — your mobile phone number. During assessment calls we collect the business information you share with us so we can prepare your assessment.
We use your information to schedule and deliver assessments, prepare your report, respond to you, and — with your separate express consent — send you appointment-related text messages. We use email to communicate about the services you requested and, where permitted, to share relevant follow-up. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option that we honor immediately.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our booking form, we may send you appointment confirmations, reminders, and assessment follow-ups by SMS. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase. Message frequency varies (typically a few messages around your scheduled calls). Message and data rates may apply. We use service providers to operate: scheduling (Cal.com), email delivery, SMS delivery (Twilio), and data hosting (Supabase). They process your information only to provide these services to us.
We keep your information while we have a business relationship with you or as needed to comply with law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@closabl.com.
